New Stage

Elchin Azizov born in Baku. In 1997, graduated from the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art as film director.

In 2005—07 studied at the Summer Academy of Mozarteum University in Salzburg (classes of Richard Miller, Alessandro Mishashi). Between 2005 and 2007 trained at the Opera studio, part of the Baku Academy of Music named after Uzeyir Hajibeyov (class of Azad Aliev).

In 2007 received training at the Galina Vishnevskaya Opera Centre (class of Badri Maisuradze). Since 2008 has been a soloist of the opera troupe of the Bolshoi Theatre.
