Natalia Kasatkina - famous Russian ballerina and choreographer.

Kasatkina used to be the prima ballerina at the Bolshoi for more than 20 years. Taught by Marina Semyonova and Asaf Messerer, Kasatkina starred in classical and modern ballet productions, and very often won high critical acclaim. Her long-time partner on stage, Vladimir Vasilev, became also her husband. The two have already marked their 50th wedding anniversary. For more than 40 years Kasatkina and Vasilev have been running the Moscow Theater of Classical Ballet.
