The Bolshoi Museum started the exhibition in Belfast (Northern Ireland, UK) in cooperation with the Russian museum of Ethnography (Saint Petersburg). The project will show and tell the history of Russian national costume and its stage evocation.
The Bolshoi Museum brought not only Russian opera and ballet costumes but also photos of the scenes and set design sketches, so the visitors could imagine the costumes in context of the performances. The exhibition will be held at Crumlin Road Gaol from October 16th till November 1st.
