   1. Payment options

We accept  Visa  MasterCard  American Express  Diner's Club   JCB  

All credit card payments are processed by electronic payment system ASSIST (www.assist.ru). In the ASSIST system, payment security is provided through the SSL Protocol to transmit confidential information from the client to ASSIST server for further processing. Further information transmission is done via private bank networks of the highest protection levels. Confidential data of the client's card (card number and other details) is collected and processed ONLY in the processing center. We do collect or keep this information.
ASSIST supports "Verified by Visa", "MasterCard SecureCode" and "American Express SafeKey" services.
As our company is in Russia, you will be charged in Russian currency (Russian Roubles, RUB). We use Visa/Mastercard/Amex exchange rates, so it will be same amount in your currency that you see in your order.

   2. Tickets delivery/collection

Delivery of the tickets is free.
Tickets can be delivered within Moscow, Russia.
We can deliver tickets to a hotel, cruise ship, private apartment or office in Moscow. You will indicate the delivery details during the checkout.
If you do not have the delivery details during the checkout, you can tell them after the order, but not later than 3 (three) days before the event.
Usually we deliver tickets on the first day of your arrival to Moscow.
Box-office pick-up is available as well, but we do not recommend it if you do not speak Russian.
We do not send tickets by mail because it is not safe - tickets are printed only once, lost tickets are non-recoverable.

 3. Cancellations and changes 

You can cancel the tickets that you booked or change them for any other event.
Cancellations and changes are possible for any reason.
Cancellation and changes are possible for the tickets that are not delivered yet.
Tickets can be changed or cancelled not later than 14 (fourteen) days before the event date.
If it is less than 14 (fourteen) days before the performance, the tickets cannot be returned or changed.
In case of cancellation, you will receive full refund. In case of the tickets change, you will receive a refund if new tickets are less expensive or pay the difference if new tickets are more expensive.
Refund will be done back to the same card that you used during the payment.

 4. Privacy policy

Your personal information, such as your name, e-mail address, phone number and delivery details is used only to process and deliver your order.
This information is completely confidential and will not be passed to any other party.
All the confidential payment details (card number and other details) is collected and processed ONLY by the processing center "Assist". We neither collect nor keep this information.
